Alfredo is an incredibly creative pastry chef who trained with the finest chefs at Johnson & Wales University; Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley, CA; and The International Culinary School – The Art Institute of California Orange County. With over 15 years of experience, Alfredo has catered events at the White House, and has directed catering for worldwide diplomats, as well as held positions of Executive Pastry Chef of Guckhenhimer (Irvine, CA), Catering Director at Taco Factory (Chino, CA), and Executive Chef at CulinArt, Inc. (Santa Anna, CA).
His extensive knowledge of culinary arts puts him at ease in any catering venue and his creative flair for edible creations is unsurpassed. Alfredo’s culinary talent brings incredible pastry creations and more to our catering menu — and his wedding and special occasion cakes and pastries range from sweet and simple, to opulent and elegant. Alfredo’s command of the English and Spanish languages make him at a favorite at multi-lingual engagements.
