Douglas Scott Granger

Scott brings a creative flair and inventive genius to Wild Greens Catering. He began his love of food and the culinary arts at a very young age as the son of Wild Greens Catering owner, Lisa Granger. At 15, Scott was already learning to prepare Mise en Place and creating one-of-a-kind dishes that amazed even his mother. After high school, Scott continued his culinary endeavors and received on-the-job-training at Cheesecake Factory in Richmond, Virginia — where he quickly demonstrated his culinary knowledge and expertise and began training others in the business.

Scott is the owner of Green Monkey School Lunches and is responsible for delivering organic, healthy lunches to area private schools. He works alongside Lisa, Alfredo and the other chefs to prepare exquisite cuisine for Wild Green Catering, and also takes on the role of Lead Server and Bartender for public and private events.
